Maybe not the milkshake you're used too, but the addition of the Medjool dates helps offset the tartness of the Greek yogurt.
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
3/4 cup oat milk
Blend everything in a high-speed blender. Top with nuts or other jummy bits if desired.
